If you fill in the contact form on this site, we receive whatever you type into it — typically your name, phone number, an optional email address, what you need help with, and your message. That information is sent to the shop by email so Philip can get back to you.

If analytics are enabled on this site, we may also collect ordinary, non-identifying usage information: which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visitor was, what kind of device and browser they used, and which site they arrived from. This is aggregate traffic data. It is not used to identify you.

We use what you send us to answer you and to do the work you asked about. That's it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers who make this site work — for example, the form-delivery service that carries your message to our inbox, and the analytics provider if analytics are enabled.

This site does not require cookies to function. If analytics are enabled, the analytics provider may set cookies to distinguish repeat visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without breaking anything on this site.

A great deal of our work is for young string players, but this website is intended for parents, teachers and adult players. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information through this site, contact us and we'll delete it.

Messages sent through the contact form live in the shop's email, and we keep them as long as they're useful for serving you. If you'd like a message deleted, ask us and we will.

This site links out to a few places — map services, and review sites where our customers have written about us. Once you follow one of those links you're on someone else's site, under their privacy policy, not ours.
